I am very pround to announce the birth of my son Alfie on the 12th October 2007 at 7:30 a.m.
He was born at the Green Hospital in Las Americas after only three and half hours of labour. Both my wife Kelli and Alfie are doing well and I am the proudest man in the world.

Tate Properties are now opening the first Real Estate Stand in the Arrivals Hall at Tenerife South Airport. The stand will be open every day and manned by professional sales staff. The stand will be showing a selection of quality properties as well as new developments and mortgage information. Big EarsBig EarsI am glad to say that I only have 3 weeks to go before my wife Kelli gives birth to our long awaited son Alfie. I can honestly say that this is the most exciting time of my life. I am proud to call my son Aflie Philip Hornby, after my grandad Alfred, my dad Philip and obviously after myself. We had our last major scan on Monday the 17th September and as you can see from the picture the poor little sod has got his dads ears, lets just hope he is as good looking as his dad.

Tate Properties would like to welcome Nicole Hornby, who has joined the company for the summer period. Nicole has left school for now in the UK and has the summer off but will be back to her studies in September to start her A levels. Lets hope one of them will be Spainish and she can come back and work full time for her Uncle at Tate Properties.
